Satheesh Chandran MSW, PGD in Project Management	Project Manager/Training coordinator	19 years of experience in development sector. Having more than 15 years experience HIV sector. State and National level exposure. Key areas of interest are Mentoring, micro level planning and organizational development.
Dr. S. Anitha M.Sc., PhD	Training Officer	More than 10 years experience in HIV sector. State and National level exposure. Key areas of interest are Research, Capacity building planning and development.
Mr. K.N. Suresh Babu MSW, MBA	Training Officer	19 years of experience in development sector. More than 10 years experience in project management, training development and management. State level exposure.
Mr. V. Prasant MA Psychology, Diploma in counseling, DHRM	Assistant Training Officer	10 years experience in development sector. More than 5 years experience in HIV sector specifically TI and CBO programme transition.
Mr. Fakir Khan BA	Project assistant	More than 5 years experience in Targeted Intervention programme. State level exposure and experience in office management.

In addition to the team, STRC Kerala & LD has resource pool of National, State and community level individuals who have exposure in multiple levels of programme planning, development and management. This resource pool is accessed on a need based manner.
