The main objectives of STRC are:

• Ensure standardized and high quality training of TIs as per NACP III’s technical and operational guidelines
  
• Develop a sustainable system for capacity building of partner organizations implementing TIs
  
• Gather learning through additional research and develop pedagogy of learning for TI scale up
